My favorite juices

 

ORANGE, CARROT, TURMERIC, LIME

This juice is easy and inexpensive. Citrus is readily available year round, and the carrot add creaminess to the juice. Turmeric adds the medicine and the color matches well, however be careful of staining your clothing, counter tops and cutting boards when you use turmeric. Lime give the whole juice a lift. It should go without saying you can modify any of these juices to suit your tastes.

CELERY, PARSELY, LEMON, GINGER

THis is my go to juice

This is my number one juice i drink most often because of its alkalinity. It’s not a good idea to drink sweet juices daily- at least not from my experience. I love this juice its a stand by for me- the one thing I would caution is ….. don’t let it replace salads, or green veggies in your diet! I have gotten lazy before and used this instead of eating my greens, it isn’t a replacement - just a great addition! You need a high quality cold press juicer here for the leafy greens- parsley tends to be my go to….. but you can use any!! Top choices are cilantro, spinach, and kale.

BEET, APPLE, LEMON

Another Gem… beets!! The apple makes it more palatable, and I think it helps to digest it as well. This juice will brighten your eyes and give you a real boost of energy.
